Jon.

Founder and President of Faller Real Estate, Jon started his business after realizing the benefits of quality relationships over quantity of transactions. His thirteen years of prior experience at CBRE, Tishman Speyer, Savills Studley and JLL, made clear those institutions were designed to benefit the share holder, not the client. Seeing first hand the inefficiency of funds from corporate accounts and broken communication between business units, Jon set off to build his own solution in 2011.

In addition to tenant services, Jon leverages his company’s vast experience and market knowledge to provide unique investment opportunities in secondary and tertiary markets.

Jon lives with his wife, two children and dog in Truckee, California where they take advantage of all the outdoors has to offer.

Abbie.

Best in class, Abbie received her Bachelor's Degree in less than 3 years and graduated law school at the age of 24. Starting in 2011 since inception, Abbie is now, the COO at Faller Real Estate and manages flawless client work-flow and delivery. Her law degree supports all contractural needs of our clients while taking an active role in negotiations to advocate for client’s needs.

Additionally, she is actively involved in compliance, due diligence, closings and asset management of our investments to ensure each projects success.

She previously worked as a business litigation attorney for Blaxter Law.

Abbie is a true Minnesotan at heart with Midwest integrity, and work ethic. Living in Novato, she spends time enjoying all that the Bay Area has to offer with her husband and two daughters.
